Technology is reshaping every aspect of modern life—and family law is no exception. From smartphone data in custody disputes to AI-assisted court procedures and questions of digital surveillance in domestic violence cases, today’s legal challenges are increasingly tied to the digital world.
Data & Divorce explores the evolving intersection of family law, data privacy, and artificial intelligence. This blog is authored by Amrit Kullar, Esq., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/C (State Bar No. 332748)—a San Francisco-based family law attorney and certified privacy professional.
